Using PetPulse

These terms cover petpulse.space and the PetPulse app, operated by the PetPulse team. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to our contact page.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms, or the appropriate permission and supervision where applicable. Use the service lawfully and only upload information and images that you have the right to share.

What the service does

PetPulse helps people explore life with a dog and organise pet care through profiles, journals, reminders and personalised information. Website demos and screenshots use sample information and illustrate features. They are not customer testimonials or guarantees of outcomes.

Breed suggestions cannot guarantee temperament, suitability, health or behaviour of an individual dog. Make adoption or purchase decisions thoughtfully and seek qualified advice when needed.

Not a veterinary service

PetPulse is not a veterinarian and does not provide a diagnosis, prescription, treatment or emergency service. Automatically prepared responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your dog. Verify important information with a qualified veterinarian. Do not delay professional care because of a response, schedule or reminder in the app.

Food amounts, care plans and schedules need confirmation for your dog’s circumstances. Follow your veterinarian’s advice and appropriate product guidance. If you suspect an emergency, seek urgent veterinary care.

Subscriptions and purchases

The app includes Free features and optional Premium access. Annual subscriptions are the main plan, with a seven-day trial for eligible users; the monthly option has no trial. Product availability, local prices, eligibility, billing periods and renewal terms are displayed by Apple before purchase. Website descriptions do not override that purchase information.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the terms shown by Apple. A trial may convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled in time. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable process and your statutory rights.

A Preparation annual plan is intended for future dog owners at a lower annual price, with the same Premium features and its preferred rate maintained on continuous annual renewal, including after a dog arrives, subject to the offer shown at purchase. After cancellation or a lapse, the previously offered rate is not guaranteed on a new subscription.

When Premium ends, saved data and previous results remain accessible; Premium-only actions and additional personalised analyses require an active subscription. Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Your information and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You allow us and the relevant providers to process that information as necessary to operate the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep appropriate backups of important records.

Do not misuse the service, bypass subscription or usage controls, interfere with security, send abusive contact messages, upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of others. Do not rely on reminders as the sole record of essential medical care.

Availability and limitations

We may change or improve features, and technical interruptions can occur. Automated guidance, notification, connectivity and third-party services may fail or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate Automatically prepared responses or a particular result from using the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and our liability is limited for losses caused by reliance on general or automatically prepared information, service interruptions or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Our content and third-party services

PetPulse branding, interface and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them as part of normal use of the service; redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party services and links are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force regardless of these terms.
